Privacy policy

Who runs it
Hermes Home Agent is a personal assistant run by a private individual for their own use. It has one user and is not offered to the public.
What Google data it accesses
Only data in its own dedicated Google account, through the permissions granted at sign-in: Gmail (read, send and modify), Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Contacts. It does not access any other person's account.
How the data is used
The data is used only to carry out its owner's requests: reading and sending email, keeping reminders, and working with documents. It is processed on the owner's private server by an AI model that runs on that server.
Sharing
Google user data is not sold, not shared with or transferred to third parties, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI models.
Hermes Home Agent's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and deletion
Sign-in tokens and any working copies of data stay on the owner's private server and are deleted when no longer needed. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
